Oh! I was going to choose some people to boss around Webkinz winners! Let’s do that!
1. The Shari who wrote “Love the moose. Can’t resist animals with silly headwear.”
And then I was having fun using the random number generator and then looking up who it was, so I chose one more:
3. Heidi J
I’ll email you to get your mailing addresses!
I am ridiculously, incredibly excited! Can you add friends on Webkinz to get bonuses? Please teach me all the stuff!!! Also, I’m naming him Edmund because when I googled the virtual versions as you suggested, it auto corrected Webkinz skunk to Edmund skunk.
One thing friends are good for on Webkinz is completing challenges. (The challenges are on the left when you’re at the Kinzville map or in your house.) Some of the challenges say “Have your friends send you a [brick/pom-pom/stick/whatever],” and so then you pick from your friends list and those friends get a message asking for those things. (What’s weird is, all they have to do is click “Send” to send it. They don’t actually send/lose anything, nor do you receive anything except a checkmark that you’ve had it “sent to you.” It’s odd, but I’ve gotten used to it.)
The best way I’ve found to get more friends is to go to the Tournament Arena and play one-on-one games there. It’s common for the other person to friend-request you after the game. At first I was like, “Um, but I don’t know you?”—but the children tell me that has nothing to do with it: everyone just wants a friends list so they can complete challenges.
Edmund is a GREAT name for him!
Yay!
